We do not offer refunds on ISBN assignments. Once purchased, your 13-digit ISBN is instantly generated and permanently registered in international databases (such as Bowker) under your book imprint.

Status: Pending / Received

Our team has not started working yet. You are eligible for a 100% full refund upon request.

Status: In Progress

Our specialist has started drafting or formatting. The service is no longer eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

1. Visit your Dashboard > Orders page and verify that your order has not yet moved to "In Progress".

2. Send a message directly within your Order Details chat, or email us at support@isbnpublishing.com with your Order ID.

3. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment card within 5–10 business days.
